Dr Hernandez is thorough and does not hurry the discussion along. She asks about my concerns and listens to my questions and answers. I feel that this level of care is just compensation for running behind on appointments, and I would rather have this than be seen on time and rushed through.

At first she seemed to feel she didn't have the information she needed but as the visit progressed we managed to provide more details.
