Interventional Cardiology & Structural Heart Disease

Our team of interventional cardiologists have advanced education and training in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease as well as congenital (present at birth) and structural heart conditions through the most innovative catheter-based procedures including Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair of Mitral Valve (TEER) with MitraClip® and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and Watchman. These are life-saving procedures for people who otherwise would have no options. This expertise allows interventionalists to treat many forms of cardiac disease in a minimally invasive way, and in many cases, allow patients to return home the same day of their procedure.

Interventional cardiology includes angioplasty and stenting, restoring blood flow to chronically blocked arteries, repairing heart defects, or treating heart valve disease without surgery. Our team specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of vascular disease such as peripheral artery angioplasty and stenting, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and carotid artery stenting.
