Baptist Medical Group is pleased to welcome board-certified family nurse practitioner Miranda Jackson, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, to its multispecialty provider network. Jackson specializes in family medicine and offers quality, convenient care to patients at Baptist Medical Group Family Medicine – Nine Mile.

Jackson earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She has over seven years of experience in the medical field with specialized training and experience in cardiovascular surgery and care. Jackson’s medical interests are preventative medicine, cardiology and women’s health.

Jackson garnered leadership experience through the nursing mentor program during her studies at Florida State University and was also a member of the Garnet and Gold Scholar Society, the Nursing Honor Society of Sigma Theta Tau Beta Pi Chapter, the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the Student Nurses Association. She is currently a member of and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

As part of Baptist Medical Group Family Medicine – Nine Mile, Jackson welcomes new patients at her clinic located at 9400 University Parkway, Suite 409 in Pensacola, Florida.
