I was being seen for physical symptoms that I was experiencing. I felt the care provider assumed I was being seen for other purposes and was being treated based on the assumptions, instead of the actual reason why I was there. I felt degraded and worse than before I was seen at the appointment.

Dr R has been my primary care provider since my older Dr retired during covid pandemic. Took more than a year before I ever saw her face..lol. Im entering the geriatric phase of my life and she's very attentive to the issues that are arising as a result. Easy to talk to, doesn't rush through an appointment.

Dr Reikes was very patient with me, listened to my every concerned and explained things to make me feel she cared. She was very informative.
