The department of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at Baptist Health Care (BHC) brings together several related areas for a comprehensive approach to ensure the system consistently complies with federal and state regulations as well as internal policies and procedures. The department has several areas of expertise that assist with these functions, including corporate compliance, internal audit, contracting, and risk financing.
At BHC, we view corporate compliance as every workforce member's responsibility. GRC strives to serve as a resource for anyone needing assistance and is here to help attain the Mission and Vision of BHC in an environment reflective of our Values. If something is not right, we want to know. GRC welcomes internal and external questions, complaints, concerns and suggestions for how we can better meet the needs of those we serve.
