Baptist Health Care is Only Health System in NW Florida Named to Becker’s 150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare List

Baptist Health Care is the only health system in Northwest Florida and one of only six in the entire state to be named to the Becker’s Healthcare 150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare 2019 list.

The list highlights hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that promote diversity within the workplace, employee engagement and professional growth. They also offer above average personal benefits and career opportunities, encourage professional development and promote leadership from within. Other attributes of those named include positive work/life balance, wellness programs, competitive vacation packages and support of volunteerism and community outreach.
