Baptist Health Care Names New Director for Revenue Cycle Operations

Baptist Health Care has named Ashlee Hudnall director of revenue cycle operations.

Hudnall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration from the University of West Florida in Pensacola and earned her Master of Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

She joined the Baptist team 15 years ago and has served in a variety of roles including as the first revenue cycle quality improvement manager, a senior analyst for the reimbursement and decision support departments, and most recently as business operations manager for Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute.

In her new role, Hudnall will oversee patient collections, customer service, revenue cycle analytics, and quality and training.
