Baptist Health Care Partners with Catalyst for Development of Medical Office Building on New Campus

Baptist Health Care (BHC) is pleased to announce that Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a full-service health care real estate investment firm, is developing an 80,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) on the new Baptist Hospital campus under construction at the intersection of Brent Lane and I-110 in Pensacola.

The MOB is adjacent to the new 10-story, 264-bed Baptist Hospital and the six-story Bear Family Foundation Health Center. The location was strategically chosen to provide patients with connectivity and convenient access to all the services on the 57-acre campus. Construction is expected to be completed in fall of 2023.

The MOB is aligned with Baptist’s goal to advance health care access, patient experience and outcomes for the community. Catalyst leaders say they are excited to expand its reach in the Pensacola area and build on its relationship with Baptist Health Care.
