Baptist Health Care Selects Dan Angel to Serve as Vice President of Patient Financial Services

Dan Angel has been selected to serve as vice president of patient financial services for Baptist Health Care.  He will be responsible for all areas of the patient revenue cycle, including patient access, health information management and patient financial services. 

Dan comes to Baptist after spending nearly eight years as the vice president of revenue cycle at Penn State Health, a multi-hospital academic-based system in Hershey, PA. Before Penn State Health, he was the associate vice president of revenue management at Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Wichita State University and has achieved fellow status with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  He has served on several non-profit boards of directors and finance committees in central Pennsylvania, including service for underprivileged youth.
