Krystle Fernandez Director of Organizational Planning and Performance

Krystle Fernandez has been named director of organizational planning and performance at Baptist Health Care (BHC.) In this role, Fernandez will be responsible for the development, oversight and refinement of processes and systems relating to organizational performance. 

Fernandez has held several positions since joining BHC in 2002 and most recently served as planning analytics and logistics manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts and a master’s in health care leadership from the University of West Florida. Fernandez is currently seeking her Lean Six Sigma Certification from Florida Institute of Technology.

Fernandez was born and raised in Pensacola and is passionate about improving the community through her service. She has been active in the community as a member of the Northwest Florida Health Council, LiveWell Partnership for a Healthy Community, Junior Achievement and United Way Escambia.
