Language and Interpreter Services

At Baptist Health Care, we provide free professional medical interpreters to patients who are LEP (limited English proficiency) or who are deaf, hard of hearing, vision impaired and/or blind. Language services are available 24/7 to all patients and families for appointments, procedures and hospital stays. There is no cost to patients for interpretations at the hospital or any of our facilities. The hospital will provide appropriate auxiliary aids free of charge, including language line services, in-person interpreters, video remote interpreting and written materials.
