When you are presented with an unexpected medical need that isn’t life threatening.
What ages may be treated by an urgent care or walk-in care facility?
We treat patients ages 1 and older
Why should I use urgent care or walk-in care instead of the emergency room (ER)?
Compared to an ER, wait times are often much shorter at a Baptist urgent care or walk-in care facility and most visits are more affordable.
What if my illness or injury is worse than I thought?
If your illness or injury needs further attention by an emergency room you will be checked in at the ER where you will receive prompt, efficient and quality care.
Will you work with my primary care physician?
The best care is given with the patient’s complete history in mind. The team at our urgent care and walk-in care locations will work with your family medicine physician whenever possible. If you do not have a primary care physician, our staff can help you find one. For help finding a primary care physician now, please consult our doctor directory.
